Covid July 19th: what Boris Johnson said
The Prime Minister wanted to share with UK citizens his faith in the future. He said that probably the remaining curbs on social contact will continue beyond 21 June.

So, the final moment of easing lockdown restrictions in England is to be delayed until July 19th.
The decision
The Government will soon confirm that the July 5th is too early for stop the measures, because lot of people still need to receive their second vaccine.
However, the Prime Minister Boris Johnson is more and more optimistic that all the restrictions can be eased on July 19th, according to the Times. The Minister has the desire to “get as close to normal as possible” and emphasized the need for a responsibility coming from individuals more than the law.
He also said that there will probably be a review after two weeks, and he is confident that no more than four weeks will be needed for a delay.
However, he could not decide by himself, and at a Downing Street press conference he said there is the possibility that the date could be pushed back further.
What will change from July 19th?
Since the PM Boris Johnson is optimistic about this decision, it’s interesting to know what will change. The Covid-19 restrictions have bothered people since the beginning and for many since the possibility of going out. They are asking about summer and vacation restrictions.
The obligation to wear masks will be replaced by a set of rules that will only be applied in certain places. According to UK Government figures, the number of patients with Covid-19 in hospital has reached a peak for nearly two months. On June 20, the patients were a total of 1,378.
