Classes are spread across early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings so you can squeeze workouts around lectures, study and commuting.

Weekly highlights (by day)
Tuesday
– Early sessions at Sports Park start the day strong; lunchtime and afternoon strength work follows.

– Evenings rotate between Yoga and Body Pump across sites, with instructors alternating weekly.
– St Luke’s adds a lunchtime Ride and an evening Body Pump, plus a FloatFit swim-based option.

Wednesday
– Morning endurance and conditioning sessions run alongside lunchtime Ride/Spin options.

– Afternoons focus on flexibility and mobility workshops.
– Evenings mix combat-style classes, Pilates and dance-fitness sessions like Zumba.

Thursday
– Cardio interval mornings, high-capacity Body Blast at lunchtime (St Luke’s), then strength and mobility options through the afternoon and evening.
– Restorative slow-flow Yoga and mobility circuits close the day.

Friday–Sunday (weekend rhythm)
– Friday: mix of Ride, WODROX and gentle Pilates at Sports Park; St Luke’s offers Aqua Fit and a lunchtime Body Blast.
– Saturday: Sports Park runs Body Attack and additional Ride sessions; St Luke’s is closed.
– Sunday: Sports Park hosts Hybrid Circuits in the morning and an evening Ride; St Luke’s remains closed.

Booking, attendance and cancellations — the essentials
How to book

Arrival and late entry
– Please arrive at least five minutes before class start.
