Police in Wales are on the hunt for several individuals linked to a series of alleged crimes. The South Wales Police, alongside other regional forces, is urging the public to step up and share any information that could help locate these suspects.

This call for assistance is a crucial part of their ongoing mission to ensure safety and uphold the law within the community.

Current Appeals for Wanted Individuals

As of August 15, authorities have spotlighted a few suspects who are wanted in connection with various offenses.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t a complete list; South Wales Police regularly updates their appeals on their official Facebook page. However, not every case makes it to the public eye, as officers often try to find suspects before naming them.

One of the individuals Gwent Police is looking for is Justin Henshall, a man aged between 35 and 40 from the Newport area. Henshall has been recalled to prison, and Crimestoppers Wales is offering a reward of up to £1,000 for any anonymous tips that lead to his location. If you have information, use reference number 2500154654 when reporting.

Next on the list is Sardi Hasani, a 31-year-old who allegedly breached his license conditions after being released from prison on May 15. He has been recalled to prison and has connections to Swansea. If you have any leads, reference number 2400237135 will help authorities track him down.

Also sought is Leigh Elston, a 35-year-old from Penpedairheol, who was sentenced to five years and nine months for drug-related offenses. Like the others, he has breached his license conditions and is now back on the radar of the police. Reference number for this case is 2400177743.

Authorities are making a renewed appeal for help in locating Russell Turner, 29, who failed to return to HMP Prescoed. Convicted for serious offenses, including conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, he is described as about 6 feet tall with brown hair and multiple tattoos. If you see him, do not approach; instead, use reference number 2400015026 to report any sightings.

Additional Suspects Sought by Police

Another individual on the wanted list is Dean Robbins, a 33-year-old man linked to an alleged assault. Officers believe he has ties to Alway, Newport. If you have any information about him, please refer to 2400000140.

Authorities are also actively searching for Valter Hoxha, a 40-year-old from Newport, who breached his license conditions after being released from prison on April 18. His background includes a conviction for cannabis production. Reference number for reporting is 2300153823.

Other names to keep in mind include Leon Wells, 40, from Abertysswg, and Altaib Ahmad Altagani, 32, from Newport, both of whom have been recalled to prison.

Meanwhile, Dyfed-Powys Police is requesting assistance in locating Darren Markes, 46, wanted for an alleged domestic assault with connections to Portsmouth and Sussex. Reference number: 24*944729. Additionally, Dean Mayze is wanted for failing to appear in court on a GBH charge related to an incident involving a corrosive substance.

How to Provide Information

If you have seen any of these individuals or have relevant information, you’re encouraged to contact the police by calling 101 and quoting the reference number associated with the suspect. Alternatively, you can provide information anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555111. In some cases, rewards may be available for actionable tips.
