Cymru Football TV Launches: All Novira Cymru Premier Matches Live

The football Association of Wales (FAW) has launched Cymru Football TV a groundbreaking streaming service that will revolutionize how fans experience Welsh football. This new platform will be the exclusive home for live broadcasts of all Novira Cymru Premier matches, providing fans with unparalleled access to the top tier of Welsh men’s domestic football.

In addition to the Premier matches, subscribers will enjoy access to selected domestic fixtures, age-group national team matches, and exclusive FAW documentaries. The platform will also offer free access to domestic cup draws, with more content to be announced in the coming weeks.

Inaugural Matches and Subscription Details

The first live matches on Cymru Football TV will be the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round ties, featuring Caernarfon TownConnah’s Quay Nomads and Penybont beginning the week of Monday, 6 July 2026.

Fans can choose from several subscription options: a season pass for £99.99, a monthly pass for £12.99, or individual match passes for £8.99.

To celebrate the launch, the FAW is offering a 14-day free trial available until 23:59 BST on Sunday, 12 July 2026. This trial period will allow fans to watch selected European fixtures, Cymru Cup matches, and action from the men’s Welsh Cup First Qualifying Round.

Expanding Reach and Engaging Supporters

Jack Sharp, FAW Head of Domestic Leagues, expressed enthusiasm about the platform’s potential. “The launch of Cymru Football TV represents a significant step forward for the future of the Cymru Premier and our wider domestic competitions,” he stated. “Moving from 34 broadcasted matches per season to coverage of every Cymru Premier fixture fundamentally transforms the ability of the FAW and its clubs to expand their reach, visibility, and engagement.”

Sharp emphasized that the platform’s development will be guided by audience growth and supporter feedback, ensuring that clubs directly benefit from their own supporters buying subscription packages. “Considerable work and investment from the FAW has gone into delivering this project,” he added, thanking the team at Two Circles for their support.

Complementing Free-to-Air Broadcasts

In addition to the subscription service, the FAW will announce a new free-to-air broadcast deal for the Novira Cymru Premier in due course. This dual approach aims to provide both comprehensive coverage and widespread accessibility for Welsh football enthusiasts.

Cymru Football TV is poised to become the central hub for domestic football, offering both long-standing and new supporters a seamless way to enjoy live matches and exclusive content. As the platform evolves, it will also enable the FAW to assess and enhance coverage across other competitions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all fans.
