Joe Biden is set to become the 46th President of the United States on January 20, but Trump won't accept his loss.

President Donald Trump just won’t accept a no for an answer. After Joe Biden won the presidential election 2020 becoming President of United States, Trump has started a massive legal fight and has put on hold any step to transition power to Joe Biden.

Joe Biden calls it ‘an embarrassment’

The US President-elect Biden was in Delaware when a journalist asked him what he wanted to say to the American people about Donald Trump’s shocking fight against his transition to the government.

He said: I just think is an embarrassment, quite frankly. I think this will not help the President’s legacy. I think that I know from my discussions with foreign leaders is that they are hopeful that Unites States’ Democratic Institutions are viewed once again as strong and enduring. But I think that at the end of the day it’s all going to come to fruition in January 20”.

Inauguration day is in fact getting close, on 20 January 2021 Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States during an outdoor inauguration ceremony, although Donald Trump appears to be trying to block the transition in any way.

After raising claims of voter fraud Trump reportedly even refused to share intelligence briefings with president-elect Biden. Trump has launched a big legal fight denouncing a ‘massive ballot counting abuse’ and is still sure he will win the election, although most of those close to him reportedly recognise his refusal won’t change the outcome of the election.

“It ain’t over til it’s over and this AIN’T over! Vice President Mike Pence told his staff during a meeting according to a tweet he sent, but although Trump’s efforts to contrast Biden’s transition to power seem backed by Republicans, most of the people in the White House seem to have little confidence. “All you need to know is that Pence is going on vacation” a person close to Trump told a journalist, commenting Trump’s efforts.
