If anyone of you’ve have seen the movie Larry Crowne starring Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, you’ll remember that Hanks potrays Larry Crowne, who gets downsized from his job and one of his many problems that he has to adjust to is trading in his modern gas guzzling SUV for an ’80s scooter.

In the movie Hanks always wears an open face helmet when riding, however the movie poster shows Roberts and Hanks without any lids on and that has sparked the Spanish General Traffic authorities to fine the distributors of the movie 30,000 euros.

The fine is based on Article 52 of the Spanish Traffic Act which expressly prohibits any advertising which encourages breaking traffic laws.
