With a very brief press release Team Guandalini Racing has confirmed that they have excersied their option on Jakub Smrz for 2010.
This is the second season that the Czech rider is with the Guandalini team and his third in the WSBK series.
Smrz took his first podium, a 3rd at Assen and his first Superpole at Misano and is currently 8th in the standings with 115 points.
Jakub Smrz is the first WSBK rider to be confirmed for the 2010 season.
