If you’ve never seen a rerun of the ’60s Batman TV series starring Adam West, not only did you miss the campy POW! BAM! ZOKK! WHAM! that they used during the fights with the various villans, you’ve also missed seeing the original Batcycle.
The first Batcycle was a leased Harley Davidson, but in the following episodes they used a 1966 250cc Yamaha Catalina with sidecar, where Batman’s sidekick, Robin used to ride.
The motorcycle was sold to some super Batman fan for $ 29,500 the other day on eBay.
