Katy also explained that her faith helped her recover. She also thought that it was so important to be broken so that she could find wholeness in a whole different way. And be more dimensional than just living like a thirsty pop star all the time. Then she added that gratitude is probably the thing that saved her life, because she found the ways to be grateful.
