Honda's 2012 MotoGP prototype gets first shakedown test

Following Ducati’s very high profile shakedown test of their GP12 with relative photos and videos, and ridden by both factory riders, Honda has also completed their first shakedown of the new machine, but in a much more low keyed manner, with only one not so revealing photo released so far from the test.

According to the official MotoGP.
com website, the bike was tested at the Suzuki circuit on April 14th and 15th by veteran test riders Kousuke Akiyoshi and Tady Okada.
While every team will roll out their 1000cc machines the day after the Mugello round, it is expected that Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner will be giving their first vital feedback on the new Honda in a private test to be held in the middle of May at Jerez.
