Tom Sykes brought the Kawasaki Ninja into fourth followed by Troy Corser and Jonathan Rea.
Jakub Smrz dropped to the seventh spot while Eugene Laverty moved up one to eighth.
Michel Fabrizio also dropped back from the earlier session from fourth to ninth, while Ayrton Badovini closed out the top ten, once again faster than Leon Haslam who could struggled to 16th on the factory BMW.
