The Japanese rider was taken out by wild card Luca Conforti.
Tamada is suffering from another concussion and it has been confirmed that he will miss the Magny-Cours round.
The Kawasaki rider has taken part in only eleven races this season due to numerous injuries.
Tamada will once again be replaced by South African rider Sheridan Morais.
