Festival-Style Campsite for 2027 Ryder Cup
Looking ahead to the 2027 Ryder Cup, Ryder Cup Europe has announced details of the Official Campsite at Adare Manor. Located in the Mountwilliam area of Adare, the campsite offers direct access to the course via a dedicated entrance. This is the first time an official campsite has been set up for a Ryder Cup, providing a unique experience for fans.
The campsite will be operated by Pink Moonthe company behind camping at Electric Picnicand will feature a range of food and beverage outlets, bathroom and shower facilities, and a program of entertainment designed to create a festival atmosphere. Accommodation options are pre-erected and must be pre-booked, with average prices ranging from €151 to €176 per person per night.
Bookings for the campsite will open on a first-come, first-served basis, with a further allocation available to fans who are successful in the Ryder Cup ticket ballot. Richard Atkinson, Chief Ryder Cup Officer at the European Tour Group, expressed his excitement, stating, “This is the first time we have had an Official Campsite for fans at a Ryder Cup, and not only will it offer a unique chance to stay right next to the venue, I am sure the opportunity to walk to the course and back every day will be additionally appealing.”
The 2027 Ryder Cup will take place from September 13-19, 2027, marking the second time Ireland has hosted the event. Europe will aim to win the Ryder Cup for the third successive time, following victories in 2026 and 2026. Luke Donald will again lead Team Europe, while Jim Furyk will captain the United States for the second time.
