The 2026 GAA Rounders All-Ireland Championship Finals are set to captivate audiences with live streaming and intense competition across Women’s, Men’s, and Mixed divisions.
The 2026 GAA Rounders All-Ireland Championship Finals were officially launched in Croke Park on Wednesday, marking the beginning of three action-packed Sundays that will crown new champions across various grades. This year’s finals represent a significant milestone for the sport, with all nine finals being streamed live with commentary on TG4 Sport’s YouTube channel.
The launch event was graced by GAA President Jarlath Burns and GAA Rounders President Paula Doherty who were joined by representatives from the clubs vying for this year’s titles. The journey to the finals has been an exciting one, with 103 teams starting the season in April, and only 18 making it to the final stage.
The Road to the Finals
The 2026 Championship season has been a testament to the growing popularity and competitiveness of GAA Rounders. From the initial 103 teams, the field has been narrowed down to 18 finalists who will compete across three Sundays in August and September.
The finals will take place at three different venues: NGDC Abbotstown, Dublin 15 for the Women’s finals, Offaly GAA Centre of Excellence, Kilcormac for the Men’s finals, and Mallow GAA, Cork for the Mixed finals.
Women’s All-Ireland Finals – Sunday 30 August
The Women’s finals will kick off on Sunday 30 August at NGDC Abbotstown. The day will begin with the Junior Women’s final at 11am, featuring an all-Limerick clash between St Kieran’s and St Senan’s. This historic matchup is followed by the Intermediate Women’s final at 1pm between Elphin and Galway City Rapparees and the Senior Women’s final at 3.30pm between Breaffy and Limekiln.
Men’s All-Ireland Finals – Sunday 6 September
The Men’s finals will take center stage on Sunday 6 September at the Offaly GAA Centre of Excellence. The day’s schedule includes the Junior Men’s final at 11am between Gusserane and Myshall the Intermediate Men’s final at 1pm between St Clare’s and St Senan’s and the highly anticipated Senior Men’s final at 3.30pm between Carrickmacross Emmets and Erne Eagles.
Mixed All-Ireland Finals – Sunday 13 September
The Mixed finals will conclude the championship on Sunday 13 September at Mallow GAA. The day will start with the Junior Mixed final at 11am between Galway City Rapparees and Kilmore followed by the Intermediate Mixed final at 1pm between Emo and Galway City Rapparees and the Senior Mixed final at 3.30pm between Breaffy and Glynn Barntown.

Galway City Rapparees have emerged as one of the standout clubs of the 2026 Championship, reaching three All-Ireland finals. Their journey includes the Intermediate Women’sJunior Mixed and Intermediate Mixed finals. This rapid rise follows their Junior Mixed All-Ireland title in 2026 and the Intermediate Men’s championship in 2026.
St Senan’s: A Remarkable Run
St Senan’s from Limerick are also making waves, with two teams competing for national honors. They will face St Kieran’s in the Junior Women’s final and St Clare’s in the Intermediate Men’s final. St Senan’s have a history of success, having won both the Junior Men’s and Junior Mixed titles in 2026.

At the launch event in Croke Park, GAA President Jarlath Burns highlighted the growth of GAA Rounders and its importance in providing opportunities for people to become part of Gaelic Games. He praised TG4 for its long-standing contribution to Gaelic Games and welcomed the broadcaster’s decision to carry the 2026 Rounders All-Ireland Finals.

GAA Rounders President Paula Doherty congratulated the players, clubs, and volunteers who have reached the final stage of the Championship. She emphasized that the three finals weekends would showcase the quality of Rounders and the work being done by clubs and volunteers throughout Ireland.
