This cold pasta recipe could be perfect for your summer meals.
Ingredients: 200g short pasta; 100 g small tomatoes; 50 g mozzarella; stoned black and green olives; oregano; anchovy; oil; salt and pepperCook the pasta, drain and then add a spoonful of oil and let it cool for a few minutes.

Meanwhile wash and cut the tomatoes in four halves, add the chopped mozzarella and olives.

Place the seasoned pasta in a bowl and stir vigorously.
Add a sprinkle of oregano and the anchovies to garnish the pasta.
Now grind pepper and serve.
If you wish, you can also add slivers of Parmesan cheese.
