Coronavirus UK death toll
In the last 24 hour, UK has hit 465 for the number of Coronavirus deaths. It includes 43 more died. Also, UK announced that 1,450 people tested positive for Coronavirus. So it bring UK’s number confirmed cases to 9,526. Actually, there are 97,019 people have been tested and 87,490 people among them is negative.
In England itself, the death toll reached 414 people with the number of deaths rose by 28. It happened because the death toll from Covid-19 rose to seven in Northern Ireland and Scotland’s death toll hit 22. That’s still not including two of the more recent deaths. The Department of Health and Social Care tweeted: “Update on Coronavirus testing in the UK: As of 9am on 25 March, a total of 97,019 have been tested: 87,490 negative.
9,529 positive.”
Sadly 463 patients with Coronavirus infected have died. In Wales, there were has new positive cases as much as 150 with five further deaths reported bringing its total to 22. Then the news about Prince Charles had tested positive for Covid-19 on Monday out on the surface. Prince Wales developed symptoms over the weekend and was tested by the NHS in Aberdeenshire after travelling to his Birkhall estate on Sunday from Highgrove in Gloucestershire. Otherwise, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall tested negative for the virus.
In a statement, Clarence House said: “The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Coronavirus. He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual.” In accordance with Government and medical advice, the Prince and the Duchess are now self-isolating at home in Scotland. It is not possible to ascertain from whom the Prince caught the virus because his public role during recent weeks.
