If you’re going to be in Italy and precisely near Bologna on March 4th, why not attend the big send off event that Ducati and the Bologna city hall are organizing for the Ducati MotoGP team?The event is going to be held in Piazza Maggiore (where they celebrated the 2007 World Championship title, which Casey Stoner did not attend due to shoulder problems) at 9pm to give the city a chance to see Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden and the GP11, before they head off for the season opener in Qatar that takes place March 20th.
Could this be Gabriele Del Torchio’s idea of appeasing the masses, because Ducati has pulled out of World Superbikes and is building a plant in Thailand?
