While we’re used to seeing urban free styler Julien Dupont titillating us with his Ride the World escapades and we’ve always wondered in a more or less casual way, why he’s never been arrested or fined, but Mormon Few Crew stunt rider Jonathan Bennett wasn’t so lucky.

Bennett on his 250cc Beta Techno trials bike rode the arches (70 cm wide) of the Fairfield Bridge in Hamilton, New Zealand last year and his stunt made the national news, but the daredevil rider got his wrists slapped today and was fined 500 dollars and received 6 months disqualification.

We guess that we’ll never see one of Julien Dupont’s Ride the World videos filmed in New Zealand.
