With Carlos Checa already at Estoril, it was Max Biaggi who lead yesterday’s second day of testing at the Motorland Aragon circuit.
The Italian with his 2011 Aprilia shaved off a big 7 tenths from his Wednesday times and headed the unofficial time charts with a best lap of 1’58″7 and getting within four tenths of second from Checa’s best time.

Four riders ended up with the same lap times for second place, but five tenths from Biaggi.

Leon Camier was just a tenth of a second of the four riders, while Leon Haslam is still coming to grips with the 2011 BMW S 1000RR and has yet to break the 2 minute mark.
