Proudly extreme and almost unrecognizable, here is a fascinating ‘Flat Track‘ version of the mighty Ducati Monster created by American designer Alex Earle.
As usual, purists would probably call it an act of vandalism, but as far as we are concerner we cannot help but like this ‘Monster Tracker’, which has been actually developed on the base of a 1994 Ducati Monster.

The exposed frame is the one feature that you would immediatly associate with the original model, but everything else looks pretty removed from the well-known style of the Italian manufacturer.

First of all the color choices are pretty unusual for a Ducati, then it is impossible not to notice that peculiar and minimal fairing, which is basically one single piece encompassing tank, saddle and number plates.
The model rolls on a pair of 19-inch wheels: the front one was lifted from a Kawasaki model, the rear one from a Harley-Davidson.
All in all, the Monster Tracker – as it has been dubbed by its creator – looks absolutely captivating: the stock bike has been modified in many ways, and yet the typical Ducati vibe is still there.

No doubt this is a pretty extreme rendition of the Italian ‘naked’, but it is so beautifully made we just have to give it our thumbs up, big time.
