Update – Kawasaki pulling out of MotoGP

It started as a rumor on Tuttosport but now according to the usually well informed websites Gazzetta dello Sport, Autosport.
com and motociclismo.
es Kawasaki will formally announce its withdrawl from MotoGP on January 5th and has already sent letters informing the team and riders of their decision.

“I have to wait and hear some words, as at the moment I’ve heard nothing,” Melandri told the Gazzetta dello Sport “If it is true, then I can only hope that when I wake up on January 1st it is all a nightmare.
