Yamaha Race-Blu livery now on Shark helmets

During last season’s Misano and Aragon Grand Prix race weekends, Yamaha Racing debuted a special ‘RaceBlulivery to celebrate the new ‘Race Blu’ Series that Yamaha will be launching on models this year (FZ8, XJ6, YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and the YZF-R125) which will be an integral part of the Yamaha line-up in future years.

The combination of Yamaha Blue and matt grey colours will be now be available from March 2013 – only for Italy – on Shark’s top-of-the-line, Race-R Pro Carbon helmet and obviously dubbed “Race Blu Replica.

”The French helmet manufacturer and Yamaha Italy have signed a partnership agreement to bring to all of Yamaha’s 200 dealerships in Italy, their entire range of helmets: Racing Division, Pulse Division, Discovery Division and Metro Division.
Shark’s Race-R Pro Carbon is constructed with Carbon/Aramid which makes it lighter and in turn reduces neck muscle fatigue, a profiled outer shell and spoiler to optimise aerodynamics, natural bamboo fibre interior, hermetic neck pad (air and noise), quick release visor system with an anti-scratch and anti-fog visor, two shell sizes for optimal morphological adjustment with various cheeks thicknesses available and a double D-ring strap.
