Valentino Rossi's Crash Buzz Worth 6.583.630 euros

Valentino Rossi was already a MotoGP giant on track, but his crash at the Mugello has made him even bigger on the Internet according to eXtrapola, an Italian online internet news monitor.
According to the company analysts, Rossi’s visibility peaked on June 5th and 6th that coincided with his crash at the Mugello and updates on his operation, with over 1300 media web sources reporting, compared to the average two hundred, with 54% on Italian websites, 17% on the English ones and 13% in Spain.

Rossi’s transfer by helicopter to the Cattolica hospital was also buzzed on the social networks with a peak of 800 mentions of which 20% were from Twitter and Youtube.
