2010 Kawasaki GTR1400 traction control

The 2010 Kawasaki 1400GTR gets KTRC traction control in the updated touring model, now adapted to various conditions and terrains more than ever.
It also has the combined braking system K-ACT, making it one of the safest vehicles for long-range touring on the market.

The automatically adjustable windshield has also been modified for 2010, and the 2010 1400GTR is also equipped with ECO system indicating fuel consumption and options for reduction when travelling.

Overall the new 1400GTR is a more comfortable bike, fitted with better weather protection and a range of new touring options and kits.

A few tweaks to the suspension have also been made, but mostly it’s the traction control you’ll be interested in.
It works by measuring the speed of the front and rear wheel, and when there’s a slide at the rear, or it goes faster than the front, the traction control is engaged.
