Peugeot Tweet scooters: pictures and general info

Another 2010 scooter offering is the Peugeot Tweet model.
Offered in three versions: 50 cc, 125 cc and 150 cc, it is young and modern looking scooter, specifically aimed at women for easy city riding.
The Peugeot Tweet models are based on the Sym Symphony technical platform, but have different design.

The Tweet models are another high wheel offering on the market, with 16-inch wheels, front telescopic and twin shock absorbers at the rear (single shock absorbers appear on the 50cc).

All models have a front brake disc measuring 226 m, while the 50 cc model has a rear drum brake.

For a rough idea of weight, the 125 cc model tips the scales at 109 kg.
While I love a retro look on a scooter, the modern style of Tweet has been designed well, with chrome features, and slender, elegant look.
