It is good news that pubs and restaurants in England will unlock the doors two weeks earlier than the plans. After the current schedule, bars, hotels and restaurants will stay close until the beginning of July still maintaining the service for customers outside.
Ministers hope this plan can speed up the timetable, the effort is to preserve up to 3.5 million workers in the hospitality sector avoiding job loss.

There are going to be much fewer people inside our pubs and that is part of the reality going forward.” She said that the sector could front a “double hit” if people continue to avoid busy social hubs.
