TripAdvisor assigned the prizes for Travellers’ Choice Awards in 2020 for best hotels and B&Bs. Quantity and quality of millions of reviews and ratings determine the winner. This analysis reflects reviews before Covid pandemic.

Then the winner of this prestigious award is The 25 Boutique B&B which is owned by Andy and Julian Banner-Price. They have won this award for two year in a row. They actually have won a number of awards since it opened.
Let’s say Gold for the Best B&B in Devon in 2017 and Silver for the Best B&B in England in 2018.
Andy declared: “It’s an incredible feeling to be named the best B&B in the world for the second year running. If anything, the second time feels even more special because we know last year’s award raised customer expectations. So we’ve had to work even harder to deliver a great experience for every single one of our guests.”
The B&B has six rooms with rates from £125 a night. After the decision to close their B&B in March, they reopened the door in July after the government allowed hotels and B&Bs to restart. It is located within walking distance of the English Riviera and has 100 percent five star reviews on TripAdvisor, counting more than 700 reviews. The hotel is famous for homemade welcome biscuits and warm-welcoming hosts, also with small extras such as fancy Elemis toiletries.
