Actor Ewan McGregor is putting his personalised Moto Guzzi California up for auction from the 27th of November in aid of Unicef and his role as a Unicef ambassador.

McGregor’s statement on the eBay site for the auction reads:“Hello, I’m Ewan McGregor, a UNICEF Ambassador, and I’m donating my Moto Guzzi motorcycle to UNICEF for auction on eBay.
It’s the first of its kind in this colour and one of my favourite bikes.
I collected this bike from the Moto Guzzi factory in Italy and rode it back to London.
I’ve loved riding it ever since and I know that you will too.

“As a UNICEF Ambassador, I’ve been greatly privileged to visit a number of incredibly inspiring UNICEF projects and see the impact of its work on children and their families.

Only one person will end up owning my motorbike but I would urge everyone visiting this site to make a donation to UNICEF.
You have the ability to help ensure that UNICEF continues its vital work protecting children when disasters occur.
”It’s a worthy cause and hey, maybe you could be the lucky owner at the end of the auction!
