it we can show you a spy shot of Aprilia’s new 1200cc adventure touring bike.
The bike was first dubbed as Tuareg, but they are now calling it Caponord (Italian for Nordkapp or North Cape in English) again, and is based on the 1200cc Dorsoduro chassis and engine and it seems pretty clear that Aprilia wants to try take a bite out of Ducati’s Multistrada 1200 market.

Details regarding the bike are still scarce, but evidently bits and pieces about it will filter out over the following months, leading up to it’s probable debut at the 2011 EICMA.
