Luca Scassa to Wildcard in Portugal?

The newly crowned Italian Superbike Champion, Luca Scassa who after winning the title with his Agusta F41000 R, also had another big wish, that was to ride at least once against 3 times World Champion Troy Bayliss.
The young rider’s dream may come true.

It seems that Superbike Team DFX may just give Scassa the opportunity to ride in the last seasons race in Portugal.

If the wild card appearance does come through, he’ll get a chance at riding Russell Holland’s bike, a Honda’s CBR1000RR .

Holland switched to the SuperSport series half way during the season.
