Together with the new Ducati Streetfighter and Streetfighter S, Hell for Leather has also released the first images of the new Ducati 1198 that will be presented at the Eicma show.
It’s the same as the 1098 in style, but with a more powerful soul.
The new 1198 will be equipped with the Testastretta Evoluzione V90 at 1198cc.

On the ‘S’ version you can find traction control with anti-spin features.

The new Ducati 1198 has some impressive figures with 170hp at 9,750 revs, 131 Nm of torque at 8,000 revs and 171kg for the standard while the ‘S’ weighs 169kg.
This makes the superbike lighter with better performance, not to mention the fact that it just won Troy Bayliss his championship.
In the words of Bayliss, “this was the best bike I’ve ever ridden”.
The “S” version will have performance nearing that of the track bike, with Ohlins suspension and fork.

Colours available include the classic Ducati red, white and a lovely shiny black for the “S”.
