Here is a massive photo gallery picturing some of the best moments of the on the track from the latest MotoGP race, held at the Silverstone circuit this last weekend.
The race witnessed two phenomenal comebacks from championship leader Jorge Lorenzo, who eventually cliched victory ahead of Repsol Honda team mates Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa, and Yamaha Tech3 rider Cal Crutchlow, who started last on the grid and made its way up to 6th place in spite of his injured ankle.

The 26 years old Englishman had to miss out on Saturday’s Qualifying session because of the injury he suffered in the morning but, undeterred, he took part in the race on Sunday to wow the home crowd with an outstanding 6th place, obtained with a pace that would have probably earned Cal a podium finish had he not started the race from the last row of the grid.
