After just one season in MotoGP, Interwetten Honda has confirmed the rumors that have been floating around the last month or so, that they will be closing down shop at the end of the season.
Apparently Dorna nor Honda have found the extra funding to help Daniel Epps team weather another expensive season in MotoGP.

Hiroshi Aoyama, with Honda and Dorna backing (both are pushing for a Japanese rider in the series) is expected to announce his switch to Honda Gresini this week, which would give the Italian manager two former 250cc World Champions on his team (Simoncelli in 2008 and Aoyama in 2009) and if the contract rumors are right, it won’t be costing him a dime in rider payroll, with both riders being fronted by Honda.
