A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply and carrying a knife. This arrest is part of a broader police operation targeting the illegal and antisocial use of E-bikesE-scootersand motorbikes in Cardiff.

In another development, South Wales Police are seeking assistance in locating a missing teenager from Newport. Alfieaged 16, was last seen on Friday, June 5and is believed to be in the Barry area.

A man has been arrested following an incident where a man was allegedly chased down a street with a weapon in Newport. The incident occurred on Risca Road on Wednesday, June 3. The suspect has been released on conditional bail as investigations continue.

The M4 motorway experienced significant delays due to an accident near Newport. Traffic was queueing eastbound at J25 B4596 Caerleon Roadbut all lanes have since been reopened. Similarly, the A40 in Carmarthenshire was shut in both directions following an accident, causing traffic to queue from the Whitemill turnoff to the B4310 at Nantgaredig.

The A545 at Gallows PointBeaumarisAngleseywas closed after a traffic collision near the boatyard. North wales police reported the accident just before 6 pm and advised drivers to avoid the area.

A Volkswagen campervan was stolen from Llandrindod Wells. The vehicle, registered as WP02 VMKwas last seen on Monday, May 25parked in a car park behind Plas Dinham. The theft is believed to have occurred between Tuesday, May 26and Saturday, May 30.

Forecasters predict that any showers will become less frequent this evening before returning later in the night. The Met Office warns that it will feel cool and turn chilly in rural spotswith a minimum temperature of 5°C.

Tomorrow, showery rain will break up through the morning, followed by sunshine and showers, with a risk of hail and thunder in the north. Wednesday is expected to be warmer, with a maximum temperature of 15°C.

A major search operation was launched overnight following reports of two people in distress off the coast of Cefn Sidan beach in Carmarthenshire. Dyfed-Powys Police joined the coastguard to locate the individuals, but the search has since been stood down with no persons found.
