We’re starting up a series of posts on some of the wonderful motorcycle tours around the world, and we want to hear from you about your favourite places to go with your two wheels.
Today, we kick off with an itinerary from Giuseppe Guarnaschelli, who takes us round a part of Italy’s incredible landscape.

The trip took place in December after a lot of rain, providing for some interesting terrain, going to 1,400 metres at the Matese Lake.

After a morning coffee the trip starts near the Roman acqueduct, but the fun doesn’t really commence until you get to Piedimonte Matese.
The mountain road is perfect for motorcycle with asphalt in excellent condition and some exciting cornering, though temperatures are a little on the fresh side at this time of year.
Plenty of impressive landscape can be taken in, and on one stop even some horses were spotted on the side of the road, enjoying the mountain air.
