Marco Melandri to sign with Yamaha Sterilgarda

This year’s silly season had Marco Melandri joining the factory BMW team in WSBK next season with team manager Davide Tardozzi – who switched to BMW this year admitting that they are close to a deal to place Melandri next to Troy Corser in 2011, however it seems that Melandri will be riding in Yamaha Sterilgarda.

com the deal was signed this weekend after Melandri’s manager Alberto Vergani met with Lin Jarvis and Laurens Klein Koerkamp.
The announcement should be made tomorrow after the WSBK races at Nurburgring.
