A month ago we were among the first to publish the news about Silvia Toffanin’s rather unexpected pregnancy! Now we can confirm that it will be a baby boy! Apparently Piersilvio Berlusconi , Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s eldest son, and his fiancée Silvia Toffanin have not yet decided what name to give their forthcoming son or maybe, as has been suggested in some circles, they just want to keep it to themselves!
