The rider is Jacob Southard, who took a dare and to beat the heat in sweltering O’Fallon, Missouri rode his Yamaha down the Interstate 70 wearing nothing but a full faced helmet, tennis shoes and a green Borat style mankini and the ride lasted about 70 miles.
Rubber-necking drivers grabbed their camera phones and shot pictures of Southhard and his antics have made him the newest and latest fifteen minute wonder.
