Shania Twain adds a palace‑side concert to her 2027 summer tour, with tickets on sale soon.

Shania Twain joins 2027 UK summer tour with Blenheim Palace stop

The music world buzzed this week as the five-time Grammy winner Shania Twain was confirmed as a headline act for the upcoming Blenheim Palace Festival. Scheduled for 29 June 2027, the concert will take place in the grand Great Court of the UNESCO World Heritage site in Oxfordshire, turning the historic grounds into a stage for one of country-pop’s most iconic voices.

Organisers of the festival, live-event specialists Cuffe & Taylor, emphasized the rarity of such a pairing. Co-founder Peter Taylor remarked that pairing Twain’s catalog with the palatial backdrop “doesn’t get any better.” The palace’s managing director of visitor attractions, Heather Carter, added that hearing Twain’s timeless anthems echo beneath the Baroque columns would create a “truly magical summer evening.”

Tour itinerary highlights across the United Kingdom and Ireland

Twain’s The Places I’ll Go tour will swing through a string of outdoor venues after the Blenheim stop. The itinerary begins on 16 June at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, moves to Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park for the Summer Sessions on 17 June, and proceeds to Chelmsford’s State Fayre on 19 June.

Cardiff’s Blackweir Fields will host the artist on 22 June, followed by an Exeter performance at Live at Powderham on 24 June. Irish fans will see her at Dublin’s Marlay Park on 26 June, then at Belfast’s Belsonic on 27 June before the palace finale.

New album, collaborations and milestone celebrations

These concerts arrive on the heels of the deluxe edition Little Miss Twain – The Places I’ll Go, released earlier this year. The collection revisits Twain’s Canadian roots, blending country, pop, rock, soul and bluegrass, and features guest appearances from legends such as Tanya Tucker, T-Bone Burnett, Ronnie Wood, Josh Homme, Ray Parker Jr. and David Paich of Toto. In addition, an audiobook version of Twain’s 2011 memoir From This Moment On has been issued, narrated by the singer herself.

The 2027 schedule also marks significant anniversaries: it is the 30th year since the release of the genre-shattering album Come On Over and the 25th anniversary of Up!. Both records reshaped the boundaries of country and pop music, propelling Twain to global superstardom.

Ticketing information and next steps for fans

Pre-sale for the Blenheim Palace concert begins at 10:00 GMT on Wednesday, with the general public sale opening simultaneously on Friday. Tickets for the entire UK and Irish leg of the tour will become available on 6 November at 09:00 via Ticketmaster. Fans are encouraged to act quickly, as previous shows in the tour’s early weeks sold out within days.

Overall, the combination of a historic venue, a freshly expanded album, and the celebration of two landmark releases promises a summer of unforgettable moments for Shania Twain supporters across the British Isles.
