Italin pasta recipes: trenette with hazelnuts

The pasta dish we are going to prepare today is absolutely delicious; here are the ingredients: 320 trenette pasta; 150 g hazelnuts; 30 g pine seeds; basil; oil; salt and pepper.
Crack the shell and peel the hazelnuts (in order to do so, you have to soak them in hot water).

Next put them in a mortar and grind them very finely.

At this point add the pine seeds and the basil.
Gradually pour oil over the mixture, add salt and pepper and leave it to rest for a couple of hour and then pour over the pasta and serve!
