Today for you we have a cold pasta recipe which is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients: 200 g spaghetti; 100 g shelled prawns; rocket: oil; salt and pepper and one spoonful mayonnaise or pink sauce.
Preparation: cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and then add oil, pink sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
Meanwhile cook the prawns for six minutes, drain and add them to the pasta.
At this point stir and add the rocket.
If you wish you can also add slivers of Parmesan cheese.
