Silvio Berlusconi will become a grandfather for the sixth time soon.
“Nonno Berlusconi” will celebrate a child to his son, Piersilvio, with his partner Silvia Toffanin expecting her first baby.
The couple have been together since 2001.
Piersilvio already has a daughter, Lucrezia Vittoria, to a previous relationship.
