Benetton design: Fabbrica develops Happy Bird clock for Diamantini & Domeniconi

Benetton’s creative team and research centre, Fabbrica, has created this “Happy Bird” clock for Diamantini & Domeniconi, a company that works on innovation in clocks.
The new clock will be presented at Maison & Objet in Paris from the 5th to the 9th of September.

It departs from cuckoo clock tradition as the bird is happy, and lazily placed on the top of the clock.

Italian design tradition has always been innovative in its use of materials, and the clock is made from laser cut metal, with gold, silver and black-coloured steel finishing.
