How to make 'Cotoletta'

It’s very exciting for us to present our first video on Blog Dolce Vita, and what better than to choose an educational one.
This is a cute depiction of how to make “cotoletta“.
The video starts in Italian but then is all in English so persevere with it.

I’ll let you figure out what “cotoletta” is, but it’s considered a Milanese dish, simple to make and often served with salad or potatoes.

The little girl is great (I certainly can’t crack open an egg like she can) – and has an excellent English for her age.
