65th Venice Film Festival: Di Gregorio's Pranzo di ferragosto

Il pranzo di Ferragosto or Ferragosto Lunch directed by Gianni di Gregorio will be screened in the separate Critics Week section at the next Venice International Film Festival.
Set in Rome Il pranzo di Ferragosto is the story of Giovanni, a middle aged man still living with his elderly mother and compelled to pass his holiday with a group of formidable old ladies; a really funny story peppered with sharp, witty dialogues.
