Italian director Gabriele Muccino on being a divorced dad

Gabriele Muccino’s latest movie Baciami ancora or Kiss me again, tells the story of a group of fortyish people who struggle to come to terms with divorce, failure and loneliness.
The Italian director told reporters that he drew inspiration from his own life; it simply breaks your heart – went on Muccino – when after a weekend together, you have to drive your kids back to their mother‘s, kiss them goodbye and then watch them close the door on you; the pain one feels is unbearable.
