Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie arrive in Venice for The Tourist

Johnny Depp has just arrived in Italy to film Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck’s The Tourist; partly set in Venice (filming locations: the famous Hotel Danieli and Palazzo Pisani on the Grand Canal), the movie tells the story of a naïve American tourist who is used as a coy by an unscrupulous Interpol agent played by Angelina Jolie.

Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck’s The Tourist is the remake of a 2005 French movie starring Sophie Marceau.
