Fortunately for Ducati, today’s weather at Mugello is sunny and warm and Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden will be back on track in a few minutes to complete their second and final day of testing.
Ducati’s test team has been at the Italian circuit since Tuesday working on another step on engine and electronics and chassis configurations, which hopefully will allow the two factory riders to be more competitive in the dry.
Here’s a brief video from yesterday and it looks like – but it could be our imagination – that Rossi’s corner entry and exit is slightly better.
