New year 's eve party at Cortanze castle, near Asti

The programme includes a gala dinner in the grand salon with a first class menu; guests will be treated to a feast of huge helpings of fish soup, risotto with mussels, maltagliati pasta with hare ragout, cotechino in crust served with lentils and potato mousse and several desserts such as Barolo tart, Bunet and the famous cremino with zabaglione and nougat.
