Both are valid travel options, but we though we’d give you a few tips of touring Italy by car or train.

Train travel in Italy gives you the opportunity to sit back and watch the country go by without the stress of Italian drivers and traffic.

Eurostar trains are fast, clean, have reasonable prices and are generally on time.
If travelling by train, especially Eurostar, we suggest you book in advance as all seats are assigned on a reservations basis.

If you’re travelling on long weekends or in holiday periods you may find it difficult to buy a ticket for same day travel if the train is already full.
